Toowoomba Florist Shop and its affiliates are the rightful owners of the content of this website and have the sole authority to change and/or improve the materials, photos, and prices found herein.   By accessing Toowoomba Florist Shop and its services, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.

Our Florists

Toowoomba Florist Shop partners with a network of local florists who have been assessed carefully and have proven to pass the standards in terms of product quality and adherence to commendable customer service.

Same Day Delivery Services

Flowers ordered for same day delivery will require a standard fee of $12 which is subject to increase depending on the nearest location of our partner local florists.

Flower delivery to business addresses will be conducted during business hours until 5 PM, while delivery to home addresses is up to 7 PM. Requests for delivery outside given hours is subject for approval and extra delivery cost.  

Toowoomba Florist Shop delivers flowers the same day from Monday to Saturday. This applies for orders made on or before 2 PM on weekdays and on or before 10 AM on Saturdays. Flowers ordered outside the standard cut-off time will be delivered the next day or the following Monday for orders received on a Saturday, after 10 AM.

In circumstances where delivery is not possible, Toowoomba Florist Shop will get in touch with you for a full refund. Please take note that locked bag addresses and PO Boxes are not included among our delivery areas.

Toowoomba Florist Shop holds no guarantee to a specific time of delivery but ensures the flowers will be delivered in a reasonable period from the time of order placement.

Our courier will not be liable for the delay of delivery or non-delivery due to the following instances: incorrect contact details of the recipient and/or absence of recipient which will possibly expose the flowers to theft and damage.
In cases of force majeur, our assigned courier may deem right to defer delivery until further discussion with the vendor.

Confirmation of Orders

Order is confirmed once payment has been made. Please ensure the details of the recipient are correct.
Our Products

Toowoomba Florist Shop uses locally-sourced flowers to ensure freshness from farm to your doorstep. Due to seasonal supply and demand, the availability of flowers featured in our flower arrangements may vary from time to time and may affect the accuracy but not the quality of our products presented on our website. This condition also applies to our extra items.

Cancellation of Orders

Order cancellations may be made provided that the product is still in the custody of our partner florist.

Modes of Payment

Toowoomba Florist Shop accepts payment made through Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express Cards. Surcharge rates may apply.

Complaints and Disputes

Our customer service is accessible through our given contact details. Please direct your complaints on delivery and product quality within 24 hours from the receipt of the flowers. We value your feedback highly and any reports from our customers will be given full attention.
